Refund Policy

1. Who processes payments

Paid subscriptions for Optify AI are sold by our payment partner Paddle as the merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, tax collection where applicable, and payment receipts. Your order confirmation and invoices are issued in line with Paddle’s policies.

2. Fees and refunds (summary)

Unless an offer states otherwise, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Paddle or we expressly agree otherwise (for example, duplicate charges or billing errors). Trial and billing terms shown at checkout (including any trial length) apply to your purchase.

3. How to request help

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@optify.one with your account email and any receipt or transaction reference. We will work with Paddle where needed to investigate.

Nothing in this page limits mandatory consumer rights in your country where they cannot be waived by contract.
